For Contractual Processing: Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties if this is legally permissible under Article 6(1) DSG and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and necessary for the processing of the contractual relationship with you. The data disclosed may only be used by third parties for the purposes mentioned.

Shipping Companies: Your personal data will also be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods.

IV. How, where, and for how long are your personal data stored?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws or to fully and properly fulfill contractual obligations, or as long as they are deemed necessary or appropriate for the purposes for which they were collected.

We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer needed. Deletion takes place in any case after the legally prescribed maximum retention period of ten years.
